Returns and Exchanges
Collegiate Gift Ideas offers No Questions Asked Return Policy! If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you ordered for any reason and would like to return or exchange it just send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it. You need to contact us by email and we will try to solve the problem as fast as practicable. If we cannot resolve the issue for your satisfaction, you may return the item with a Return Authorization Code (RAC) provided by us. We cannot except any returns without RAC.

All returned products must be unused, in brand new condition and in its original packaging! Returned items have to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt. We will let you know the return address when we send you the RAC. We do not charge a restocking fee but the Customer has to pay the shipping cost. We do not refund original shipping fees, gift-wrapping fees, customization fees, handling fee or any other special request fees.

Shipping and Handling
We want you to be fully satisfied with the delivery of your purchase, so Collegiate Gift Ideas uses FedEx services to ship all of its packages. We usually ship within 4 business days, before Holidays 6 business days because personalization is involved.

We only charge Handling Fee at Bulk and Quantity purchase, International and Special orders and when handling involves extra time and effort.

International Shipping is Available!
We do ship Worldwide with not insured USPS Priority Mail Service. You can always request for insurance during Check Out in the Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order window. That obviously means higher shipping fees. There are some restrictions: where USPS will not ship, we do not ship either. Buyer pays actual shipping costs, sometimes handling fees, which depends on the size of the shipment. The buyer will pay possible Customs fees also.

We always make 100% sure that the item(s) we ship to abroad is in absolute perfect condition. You have to understand that after shipping we have no control over the package. If you receive a damaged item, it means that the damage happened during shipping. In this case, you have to contact to your local Post Office and file a complaint, describing the damage that happened during shipping. You have to provide our INVOICE and Tracking number, which we sent to you in an email at the time of purchase.

If you receive an item in perfect condition, but you do not like it or you just simply changed your mind, you can always send it back to us, at your own expense. You have to request a Return Authorization Code in email, describing the reason you want to send the product back. Without RAC we are unable to receive your return! As soon as we received your return in perfect and unused condition, in it’s original packaging, we will refund the purchase price. We do not refund original shipping fees, gift-wrapping fees, customization fees, handling fees or any other special request fees.
